This Saturday, April 11th, is the club clean up day. The day will start at 8:00 and go until the work is complete. Work will involve getting equipment ready for summer, cleaning the club house, yard work, cleaning the trap and skeet fields, as well as many other tasks. The more help we can get the quicker the work will be completed, so please come even if you can only help for an hour. Lunch and all needed tools will be supplied for the event and a list of the needed work will be available to let you choose what fits your skills. Club will be open for shooting after the work is complete.

Shoot Details – Hangover Trap Shoot – New Years Day
The Brown County Sportsman’s Club will be hosting its annual Good Friday Trap Shoot. 50 bird 16/21 yard event. The event will be from 9:00 to 3:00 on January 1st. Prizes for High Gun and Lewis Classes. Lunch will be available.
There will be a 5 Stand Shoot as well. The 5 stand shoot will have Lewis prizes as well.
Several Raffles are also going on at the club as well during the event.
Corn Beef and Cabbage with Potatoes and Carrots Meals are available at the club tonight till they are gone. $10. Stop out even if you are not shooting. Everybody is Irish on Saint Pat’s Day. March 17th

Money we raise from events like this gets to stay local in our community! Raising money helps us to put on yearly youth hunts and events, and helps us to do different habitat projects to help benefit wildlife and pollinators.

Join our local PHEASANT FOREVER chapter for a glow in the dark 5-stand shooting event! March 6th 6:00PM to 9:30. Glow in the dark clays delivers an exciting twist on your shooting experience with glowing clay targets on a dark sky. Worried about cold weather? The 5-stand takes place in a heated trailer, a perfect way to take the chill out of winter shooting. Cost of the event is $15.
SHOOTING
You will be on a squad to shoot 1 round of clays (25 birds). When you aren’t shooting, we will have a few games to play in the club, or you can just mingle with your fellow shooters and enjoy food, beer and soda. Ammo can be purchased at the club the night of the event if needed. Haven’t shot 5-stand before? Don’t worry, we can help explain how it works and guide you through. Need a refresher on shooting? We can also do a quick lesson as well before you go out and shoot.

GLIDAR Clays offers a seasonal GLow-In-DARk clay shooting adventure, available December through February at the Brown County Sportsmen’s Club. This Nighttime shooting experience in Green Bay, WI delivers an exciting twist on your shooting experience with glowing targets on a dark sky. The Club will be rotating weekly through offering 5- Stand, Skeet, and Trap. So, you can shoot your favorite event or try something new as well. Caution: It is addictive.
Vibrant neon yellow and orange glowing clay targets, and heated 5 stand building offers a unique way to give your winter shooting a different twist. The events will all be organized individual shooters so use these events for planning a fun evening with friends, a family night out, or a workplace event, Glidar Clays delivers challenges, excitement and stories you will be sharing with friends and family.
Shooters will be squadded as they come to the club. You will be able to shoot with the group you bring. Rounds fee is $12 for 25 birds. Shooting will be from 6:00 to 9:00 on Wednesday Nights.
This is an individual shooter event and shooter can shoot more than one time in a night if slots are available. You cannot reregister until you have completed the first event. Season Trophies for High Overall, High 5- stand, High Skeet and High Trap. Trophies require 3 scores in each shooting type. Ties will be decided in a final shoot off on March 4th.
